  • Pages visited, session duration, and referring URLs

  • We use AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), to collect and summarize publicly available information about customer organizations. This may include company news, leadership bios, or business descriptions. This data is used to enhance the quality and relevance of candidate outreach performed through TurboSource.   • Customer data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 60 days after cancellation, unless a longer retention is required by law.

  • Outreach history and team activity logs may be retained for internal analytics and legal compliance.

  • Pay-as-you-go job credits expire after 18 months; subscription credits remain valid while a subscription is active.

  • Customers may request deletion of account information by contacting support@turbosource.ai.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data (where permitted)

  • Object to or restrict processing
